Chaiwale & Co. is looking for friendly, hardworking, and hospitality-focused Baristas to join our team inRedlands, CA!

We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with customers, love coffee and chai, and take pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers with afriendly and welcoming attitude

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Preparecoffee, espresso drinks, chai, teas, and other beverages

• Prepare and handle food according to food safety guidelines

• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience

• Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions

• Keep the café, counters, beverage stations, and dining areas clean and organized

• Wash dishes and assist with general cleaning as needed

• Restock cups, ingredients, supplies, and other items

• Follow recipes, preparation standards, and food safety procedures

• Work efficiently and calmly during busy periods

• Work as part of a team and assist coworkers when needed

• Help with opening and closing duties

• Perform other café duties as needed

A genuinelove of chai, coffee, and café culture is a big plus! We want team members who are excited about our products and enjoy sharing that enthusiasm with our customers. Previous experience makingespresso, coffee, chai, or specialty beverages is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

FOOD HANDLER CARD

Because this position involves food and beverage service,a valid Food Handler Card is required, or you must be willing to obtain one.

EXPERIENCE

Previous coffee shop, restaurant, café, or hospitality experience is aplus but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Employment Part-Time / Full-Time

Pay $17.00–$19.00/hour + tips, depending on experience

Schedule Flexible — including mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays
