Weâre seeking a Senior Client Success Manager who is based in Shanghai and able to work from our Shanghai office on a flexible basis.
As ourSenior Client Success Manager, youâll act as a trusted advisor to our most strategic, highâvalue clients, helping them achieve their global business goals. Youâll take full ownership of a portfolio of complex, multiâcountry accounts, building strong partnerships, driving product adoption, and ensuring clients get maximum value from our solutions.

Youâll lead on client strategy, proactively manage risk, and deliver measurable results across satisfaction, retention, and growth. Alongside managing your portfolio and revenue targets, youâll also mentor colleagues, share best practices, and help shape an exceptional client experience across our global team.
How you will make a difference:âŻÂ
Build trusted, strategic partnerships with senior leaders (CHROs, CFOs, VPs), becoming their goâto advisor across complex, global programmes.
Turn insight into action by deeply understanding each clientâs business and shaping tailored success plans that deliver measurable outcomes, drive adoption, identify risk and unlock growth.
Own the endâtoâend client experience,responding quickly, keeping everything running smoothly, and using Salesforce and key metrics to provide full visibility on performance and success.
Champion our solutions by guiding clients on best practices, new capabilities, and roadmap opportunities to maximise longâterm value.
Spot and grow opportunities by supporting renewals, informing forecasting, and partnering with commercial teams to convert upsell and crossâsell potential into revenue.
Stay ahead of risk,proactively identifying trends across countries and services, leading intervention plans, and protecting client relationships.
Lead with impact by driving strategic reviews, governance forums, and multiâstakeholder sessions that keep clients aligned, engaged, and moving forward.

Youâve done it before,with proven experience managing large, complex client portfolios and delivering measurable improvements in retention, satisfaction, and KPIs.
Youâre confident with tools and systems like Salesforce, and bring valuable experience in HR, payroll, or related solutions.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
