The HR Services Advisor role is a key position taking responsibility for coordinating daily activities between the business and In-Country Experts, Clients via CSS, and Workers to effectively onboard new workers and coordinate them through the employment end to end process with ultimate ownership for quality and service delivery. The role also includes supporting Embedded clients (reseller) and HR Consulting clients, requiring creative thinking and a can-do attitude to develop solutions that support sales and client needs. A proactive and consultative approach is essential to anticipate client needs and provide up-front knowledge to mitigate risks. This role provides HR services to employees located in Sweden.Ā
How you will make a difference:āÆ
Act as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries throughout the worker life cycle and ensure successful onboarding for new GEO workers.Ā
Support the delivery of HR processes, including handbooks, policies, and procedures.Ā
Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of HR operations.Ā
Assist in developing and maintaining various employment contracts.Ā Ā
Collaborate with the HR Services Manager on complex HR projects/issues.Ā
Contribute to offboarding processes, including voluntary & involuntary exits and retirements.
Collaborate with associated benefit providers to ensure legally compliant benefit packages for workers.
Offer support in payroll-related tasks as needed.Ā
What will make you stand out:āÆāÆĀ
Min. 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar HR support role.
Good knowledge of Swedish labor and employment legislation.
Strong oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
Exposure to employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, leave management, etc.)Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (familiarity with Salesforce is a plus).
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with employees, management and external stakeholders.
Base salary starts from 342,000 SKS.Ā
