We are hiring aGlobal Solutions Advisor (Account Executive) to join our dynamic and fast-growingsales organization. This role is ideal for a high-caliber seller who competes well in a crowdedmarket, converts inbound interest into revenue, and generates pipeline through disciplined outboundprospecting. Â
You will work closely with Marketing and Business Development while owning the full sales cycle and building trusted relationships with organizations navigating the future of work. Â
How you will make a difference:Â Â
Inbound Lead Conversion Â
- Convert inbound, marketing-sourced, and BDR-generated leads intoqualified pipeline and closed business.Â
- Conduct high-impact discovery sessions to diagnose customer needs and align solutions.Â
- Drive urgency and momentum through thoughtful follow-up, objection handling, and value articulationÂ
PipelineDevelopment & Outbound MotionÂ
- Source additional opportunities through targeted outbound prospectingÂ
- Maintain a self-generated motion to ensure consistent pipeline health and personal ownershipÂ
Full-Cycle Sales ExecutionÂ
- Own the complete sales processfrom discovery through closeÂ
- Lead negotiations and guide prospects confidently through the buying journey using a value-selling approachÂ
Forecasting & Deal ManagementÂ
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility through SalesforceÂ
- Consistently inspect deal health and take action to de-risk and accelerate opportunitiesÂ
Cross-Functional PartnershipÂ
- Partner tightly with Marketingto optimize lead quality, attribution, and conversionÂ
- Work alongside BDRs to maximize outbound effectiveness and ensure strong handoff between qualification and closingÂ
- Collaborate with Solutions Consulting and Customers teams for seamless deal executionÂ
Performance OptimizationÂ
- Self-assess performance and seek out coaching and enablementÂ
- Continuously refine selling skills and business acumenÂ

Experience & Sales CompetencyÂ
- 4-7 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, software, or technology-enabled servicesÂ
- Proven success generating 70% self sourced leads
- Proven success converting inbound demand into revenueÂ
- Experience partnering with BDR teams and Marketing organizationsÂ
- Strong ability to independently prospect and build pipelineÂ
