Workday HCM Consultant – Onsite | Alabama I US Citizens and Green Card Holders ONLY

We are looking for an experiencedWorkday HCM Functional Consultant for a12-month contract with potential extension.

📍Location: Alabama –Onsite
🗓️Duration: 12 months + potential extension
⏰Schedule: 40 hours/week

Must-Have Requirements:

• Strong hands-onWorkday HCM / Core HCM experience
• Experience withWorkday HCM implementations
• Phase 1 / Greenfield Workday implementation experience preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience – REQUIRED
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing/UAT, and issue resolution
• Experience working with HRIS teams, HR leadership, business stakeholders, and implementation partners
• Experience with additional Workday modules such as Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Reporting, Security, or Integrations is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Ideal Candidate:

Senior Workday HCM Functional Consultant withmanufacturing + Workday implementation experience who can work closely with the internal HRIS team and implementation partner.
