Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer consulting and best practice guidance independently 70% of the time
  • Configure and administer systems 30% of the time
  • Manage vendor relationships independently 80% of the time
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) research and resolution
  • Complete data analysis and validation across systems and processes
  • Provide technical support for HR Applications
  • Manage customer and stakeholder relationships to achieve project initiatives
  • Ensure data integrity and stability of the HR Ecosystem
  • Advise customers on industry standards and leading best practices
  • Participate in system architecture design/consulting
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 4+ years experience in HR, IT, or Cloud-Based Solutions with a Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years experience in HR, IT, or Cloud-Based Solutions with Technical Certification and/or College Courses
  • 8+ years experience in HR, IT, or Cloud-Based Solutions
  • Extensive experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation
  • Experience managing moderate to complex projects
  • Experience in customer consulting and cloud-based technologies (SaaS / IaaS / PaaS)
  • Experience in application configuration and product feature design
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicts effectively
