About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedWorkday Benefits Consultant / Benefits Lead to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Benefits solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise, Workday implementation experience, and the ability to manage Benefits deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, andWorkday Benefits configuration.
• Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, life events, and open enrollment.
• SupportACA and COBRA configuration and processes.
• Configure and supportcarrier integrations.
• Facilitate client workshops and provide Workday Benefits best-practice recommendations.
• Support testing, deployment, data validation, and post-production activities.
• Partner withHCM, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, and Integrations teams.
• Lead Benefits workstream deliverables and coordinate project activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide functional expertise and resolve Benefits-related issues throughout implementation and post-production.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday Benefits consulting experience.
• Experience with at least2 full lifecycle Workday implementations.
• Active Workday Benefits Certification required.
• Strong understanding of Benefits administration and related business processes.
• Experience with Workday Benefits configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Strong client-facing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Consulting or Workday partner environment experience preferred.
