We are looking for aSenior DevOps Engineer to join a team responsible for the design, development, and operation of amulti-tenant SaaS platform, currently undergoing a migration toward acloud-native microservices architecture.
The project focuses onscalability, resilience, observability, application modernization, distributed systems, and the transformation of legacy environments into centralized cloud solutions.
The technology stack includesGo (Golang), Kubernetes, Docker, REST APIs, WebSockets, and public cloud technologies, with a primary focus onAWS/EKS and experience working inmulti-cloud environments, including Azure/AKS.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes-based environments.
Operate and improve Kubernetes environments in production, including upgrades, scaling, reliability, and troubleshooting.
Work withDeployments, StatefulSets, HPA, PDB, probes, PVC, and StorageClass.
Work withKubernetes Operators, including custom operators such asfilterd-operator and queue-operator.
Design and maintain automation solutions usingHelm, including charts, templates, values layering, base-* sub-charts, and multiple values layers.
Build and maintainCI/CD pipelines usingJenkins and CD tools such asHarness, Argo, or Spinnaker.
Work acrossmulti-cloud environments, primarilyAWS EKS andAzure AKS.
Improve security and operational practices, including vulnerability management, image scanning, patching, and infrastructure hardening.
Implement security-focused controls such asIAM least privilege, secrets management, encryption, and audit logging.
Work withnetworking and mTLS, includingcert-manager, TLS between services, and internal Kubernetes DNS.
Improve observability usingPrometheus and Grafana, includingPromQL, ServiceMonitors, and alerting rules.
Contribute to infrastructure reliability, scalability, observability, and deployment automation.
Interact with microservices primarily developed inGo (Golang), with the ability to read and debug Go code.
Collaborate with platform, security, and compliance teams to support audit-ready and compliance-oriented environments.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related infrastructure engineering roles.
Strong hands-on experience withKubernetes, particularly in production environments.
Experience withDeployments, StatefulSets, HPA, PDB, probes, storage (PVC/StorageClass), and troubleshooting.
Experience withHelm, including charts, templates, and values layering.
Experience withDocker.
Strong experience withAWS/EKS, includingIAM, VPC, ALB/NLB/ELB, Route53, and KMS.
Experience withAzure/AKS and multi-cloud environments.
Experience withTerraform Automation and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience building and maintainingCI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience withJenkins and a CD tool such asHarness, Argo, or Spinnaker.
Experience with infrastructure security practices, includingIAM, secrets management, container security, and network policies.
Experience withPrometheus and Grafana, includingPromQL, ServiceMonitors, and alerting rules.
Knowledge ofnetworking/mTLS, cert-manager, TLS between services, and internal Kubernetes DNS.
BasicGo (Golang) knowledge or the ability to read and debug Go code.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Advanced English – mandatory.
Nice to Have
Experience withGitOps tools such asArgo CD or Flux.
Experience withservice mesh / ingress.
Knowledge ofOpenTelemetry.
Experience supportingJava microservices and common runtime tuning patterns.
Experience working withKubernetes Operators, such as Kopf or similar tools.
