We are seeking a skilledOracle Analytics Server (OAS) Developer with strong expertise in data modeling, BI reporting, and analytics. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable BI solutions using OAS, ensuring high performance, data accuracy, and meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and developsemantic models (RPD) including Physical, Business Model, and Presentation layers
  • Create and maintainsubject areas, hierarchies, logical dimensions, and KPIs
  • Developreports, dashboards, and visualizations using OAS / Oracle BI tools
  • Implementdata security (row-level, object-level, data filters) using session variables
  • Performquery optimization and performance tuning in OAS
  • Work ondata integration from multiple sources such as Oracle DB, SQL Server, flat files, etc.
  • Managefact and dimension tables, joins, and ensure proper star schema design
  • Develop and maintainlogical calculations, aggregations, and KPIs
  • Design and implementsecurity configurations and application roles
  • Troubleshoot and resolvedata, performance, and reporting issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
  • SupportUAT, deployments, and production issues

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience inOracle Analytics Server (OAS) / OBIEE
  • Expertise inRPD development and metadata modeling
  • Strong knowledge ofSQL and PL/SQL (queries, procedures, performance tuning)
  • Good understanding ofData Warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schema)
  • Hands-on experience inlogical dimensions, hierarchies, and level-based measures
  • Experience insecurity implementation (session variables, filters)
  • Basic knowledge ofETL tools, especially Informatica (workflows, mappings, data flow concepts)
  • Experience inKPI development and dashboard reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 3–8 years of experience in BI / OAS / OBIEE development
  • Familiarity withOracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) is a plus
  • Exposure todata integration and ETL processes
