Coordinator, Total RewardsThe Coordinator, Total Rewards will be part of the Total Rewards team, supporting compensation, benefits, and wellness programs across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. This role will be based within an outsourced service delivery team in India and will partner closely with regional Total Rewards leads to execute processes, ensure data accuracy, and deliver high-quality employee support.Global Benefits & Wellness Operations• Support administration of global benefits programs including invoice processing, data audits, eligibility tracking, and vendor reporting• Maintain employee benefits data in systems such as Darwin, Workday, or other platforms• Manage global benefits queries via HRIS ticketing system• Perform payroll-related benefits validations across regions• Support execution of benefits communications globally• Assist with coordination of global wellness initiatives and eventsInternational Benefits Support• Maintain country-specific benefits documentation and summaries• Support benefit changes, renewals, and rollouts• Ensure standardized documentation and scalable processesGlobal Compensation Support• Assist with global compensation survey data preparation and validation• Support compensation cycles and reporting• Ensure data consistency across regionsProjects & Operational Excellence• Support global Total Rewards projects including systems• Maintain electronic records and ensure data compliance• Support administrative tasks including reporting and coordinationYou Bring• Experience in HR operations or Total Rewards• Strong Excel and HR systems capability• Excellent English communication skills• High attention to detail• Ability to work in fast-paced global environment• Strong prioritization and organizational skills• Proactive and collaborative approachNice to Have• Experience with multi-country benefits or compensation• Exposure to global shared services models• Familiarity with Workday Working Model• Based in outsourced team in India• Supports primarily GMT time zone• Full-time with flexibility for global coordination
