We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Winterization Coordinatoropportunity with a nationwide leader in property preservation and field services, where you'll be part of a trusted team supporting banks, mortgage servicers, and investors with quality, compliance-driven solutions that keep communities strong.

The Winterization Coordinatoris responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Dispatching and overseeing the completion of winterizations and de-winterizations.
  • Viewing pictures of plumbing systems and recognizing a successful winterization/de-winterization versus an unsuccessful winterization/de-winterization.
  • Procuring and satisfying plumbing bids that may be needed to complete services.
  • Monitoring the quality and performance of existing vendors and negotiating with vendors on timelines and pricing.
  • Maintaining multiple lines of communication between clients, brokers, and vendors in a courteous and professional way.
  • Communicating with vendors on properties including timeline adherence, quality standards, and negotiating bids.
  • Answering customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, timelines, and reporting problem areas.
  • Conducting photo reviews for active and completed jobs, reviewing completed services to ensure they meet client standards and to catch potential issues that may require bids to resolve.
  • Tracking and monitoring the services from dispatch to completion with timely updates to the client.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical skills, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Knowledge of residential construction/plumbing.
Pay Rate Range: $18.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
