Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

We are seeking a detail-orientedWinterization Coordinator to manage and monitor plumbing-related services from assignment through completion. This position works closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and according to established quality standards.
The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable reviewing documentation, and able to communicate effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and track winterization and de-winterization services from dispatch through completion.
• Review property photos and documentation to verify completed work and identify potential issues.
• Communicate with vendors regarding timelines, quality, pricing, and required services.
• Review and negotiate vendor bids when additional work is needed.
• Monitor vendor performance and follow up on overdue or incomplete work.
• Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
• Respond professionally to questions regarding services, timelines, billing, and job status.
• Maintain accurate records and updates using internal software and Microsoft Office.
• Identify issues that may require additional services or corrective action.
• Maintain knowledge of changing procedures, service requirements, and client expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Residential construction or plumbing knowledge ispreferred but not required.
