Certified Dietary Manager

Winning Wheels is accepting applications for anenergetic person who is desiring to bringsmiles, laughter, and joy to the young adults we serve. We are a non-profit rehabilitation facility located in Prophetstown, IL where we specialize in caring for adults with brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries.

As the Certified Dietary Manager you will assist the Dietician in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current Federal, State and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator to assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the Dietary Department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

This is a working manager position which may require participation in the day to day functions of food services, such as cooking, cleaning and serving as well as management responsibilities such as interviewing and hiring, training, ordering, working with the Dietician, scheduling, performance evaluations, etc..

This position is primarily day shift and week days but may occasionally require adjustments to that at team member and administration's discretion.

This salaried position requires a Dietary Manager's Certification.
