Job description:
The Digital Activation Coordinator is a junior role within the European Media & Digital Hub, supporting the execution, coordination and optimisation of both Paid Media and Own Media activities across European markets.

This role provides hands-on exposure to multiple areas of digital marketing, including paid media, social media, websites, content, SEO and search.

The position plays a key role in ensuring campaigns, content and digital initiatives are executed consistently, efficiently and on time across brands and countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media Campaign Support

  • Support the Digital Paid Campaigns & SSMM Manager in the coordination of digital campaigns across markets.

  • Assist in campaign planning, activation tracking and asset management.

  • Coordinate with agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials and campaign requirements.

  • Support campaign implementation checks and ensure alignment with Hub guidelines.

  • Maintain campaign calendars, trackers and documentation.

Social Media & Content Coordination

  • Support the management of social media content calendars across brands and markets.

  • Coordinate content development and publication plans with agencies and local teams.

  • Monitor content execution and ensure consistency across platforms.

  • Support the collection of social media best practices and campaign learnings.

  • Assist in preparing presentations and content recommendations.

Own Media & Website Support

  • Support the Own Media & One Search Manager in coordinating website and content-related activities.

  • Assist with website updates and landing page implementation through agency partners.

  • Help maintain website inventories, content plans and governance documentation.

  • Ensure content is published according to agreed priorities and timelines.

  • Support the coordination of content and website projects across markets.

Search & SEO Support

  • Assist in the execution and coordination of SEO and search-related initiatives.

  • Support keyword, content and search trend analysis.

  • Coordinate with agencies on search-related deliverables and implementation follow-up.

  • Help ensure consistency between content, websites and search activities.

  • Support the preparation of search-related reports and recommendations.

Cross-Market & Agency Coordination

  • Act as a coordination point between Hub teams, local marketing teams and agencies.

  • Follow up on actions, deadlines and deliverables across projects.

  • Support the organisation of meetings, workshops and training sessions.

  • Ensure templates, guidelines and best practices are properly shared and implemented.

  • Contribute to maintaining an efficient and collaborative way of working across

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content, search or media.

  • Experience in a media agency, digital agency or marketing department is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of digital media channels and social platforms.

  • Familiarity with websites, CMS platforms, SEO or search is a plus.

  • Interest in digital marketing and communication.

  • International mindset and willingness to learn.
