　生産技術開発エンジニア（DX担当）

＜職務内容＞

　ウエスタンデジタルのHDDの主要開発拠点である日本法人の生産技術開発部門においてエンジニアを募集しています。このポジションは、生産技術部門における自動化・DXプロジェクトについて、ポートフォリオの管理、オートメーション化の実績モニタリング、グローバルの量産拠点との連携を通じて、計画をリードし、推進する役割を担います。
　具体的な業務は以下の通りです。

• 海外量産サイトに導入されるIndustry 4.0施策の導入計画・推進
• プロジェクト展開状況およびKPIの分析、及び、自動化のモニタリングに関するDX 対応
• 生産技術部門 予算・人員・業務 計画の管理・まとめ、及び、集計情報のDX推進
• 海外サイト・クロスファンクショナルチームとのプロジェクト運営、及び、業務連携・調整の支援
• 技術プロセスの統合作業・ドキュメント制作・管理

＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞ 

• 高専卒・大卒以上
• 以下いずれかの経験を有する方
  • 製品開発・生産技術などのエンジニアリング部門でのエンジニア経験
  • 業界を問わずDX推進等の経験
• 日本語ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語利用に抵抗のない方（目安：TOEIC650点以上程度）
  ※実務での使用経験は問わないが、業務上読み書き(仕様書/メール)は必須で、英語での会議にも参加いただくので、ビジネスレベルのスキルがあるとより望ましい

＜あれば望ましいスキル＞

• 工学、製造工学、産業工学、コンピュータサイエンス、または関連する技術分野の学士号
• プロジェクトリード経験
• 生産技術開発部門における装置開発・プロセス設計等の業務経験(5年以上)
• Power-BIやERP Applicationの上級スキル
• AIツール（Copilotまたはそれに類するLLM／AIエージェント等）の実務活用能力
• DX推進/企業価値推進業務や技術経験
• 海外拠点における自動化の製造設備導入や工場立ち上げプロジェクトに、企画・計画段階から量産立ち上げまで携わった経験
• データに基づいて意思決定を行い、分析やデジタル技術を活用して成果を創出できる能力

＜求人概要＞

　【想定年収】650万円 ～ 950万円
　　　　月給：29万円以上　※経験・スキルを勘案の上、決定
　　　　※資格別定額賞与（年2回）、インセンティブ（年1回）
　　　　※裁量労働制を選択の場合、裁量勤務手当を支給

　【勤務地詳細】神奈川県藤沢市桐原町1番地　（湘南台駅よりバス10分）

　【勤務時間】8：45～17：15 （休憩1時間）※実働7時間30分/日
　　　　フレックス勤務制度の場合：標準労働時間7時間30分／コアタイム11:00-15:00
　　　　裁量労働制の場合：専門業務型／みなし労働時間：7時間30分/日
　　　　※担当職務の内容・職務遂行の態様に基づき個別に決定します。
