- Product Lead overseeing Media programs from qualification through mass production and end-of-life. Primary interface between internal cross-functional teams and external customers to deliver on-time product launches and production ramp readiness.
- Leads new and iteration program qualifications, ensuring critical product parameters, specifications, and documentation are fully defined to support smooth qualification builds and volume ramps. Applies data-driven KPIV/KPOV analysis to improve process control, yield, and product margin.
- Manages programs, including engineering sample logistics, shipment execution, head/media pairing, and supply planning to achieve optimal HDD yield. Drives continuous improvement initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners (HDD) to ensure sustained product quality, margin, and operational excellence.
Required :
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- at least 8Ā years experience in product, process, or manufacturing engineering in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Preferred:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and customer-facing environments.
Skills :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
