This position demands an individual with expertise inIT staffing, project-based delivery, and resource augmentation, capable of independently generating new business opportunities within the Indian market.
It is ahunter role centered onacquiring new clients, securing deals, and fostering long-term account development.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Identify and securenew IT services & staffing clients throughout the Indian market.
Market and sellresource augmentation, contract staffing, and project-based IT services.
Manage thecomplete sales cycle: from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships withCXOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Delivery Managers.
Collaborate closely with therecruitment team to ensure smooth deployment of resources.
Keep a robust pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Grow current accounts by placing additional consultants and resources.
Represent the company during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
