We are seeking an experiencedĀ UKG/Kronos Workforce Management DeveloperĀ to design, implement, and support enterprise workforce management solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise inĀ UKG Workforce Central (WFC)Ā orĀ UKG Dimensions, who are passionate about delivering scalable workforce management applications that improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
As a UKG/Kronos Developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining workforce management solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, and technical teams. You will play a key role in implementing new features, supporting production environments, integrating enterprise applications, and ensuring reliable workforce management processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, and support UKG/Kronos Workforce Management applications.
- Implement and maintain Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave Management modules.
- Design, develop, and support integrations between UKG, HR, Payroll, and third-party enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely issue resolution.
- Develop reports, interfaces, and customizations using UKG development tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, enhance system functionality, and support continuous process improvements.
- Participate in testing, deployment, system upgrades, and ongoing application maintenance.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and implementation artifacts.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data security requirements, and workforce management best practices.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience inĀ UKG/Kronos Workforce ManagementĀ development and implementation.
- Strong hands-on expertise withĀ UKG Workforce Central (WFC)Ā orĀ UKG Dimensions (Pro WFM).
- Experience implementing and supporting Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave Management modules.
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, REST APIs, Web Services, Integration Manager, and enterprise integration technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex production issues.
- Experience integrating workforce management applications with HR, Payroll, and third-party systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with middleware or integration platforms such as Boomi is an added advantage.
- UKG/Kronos certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality solutions in a remote, collaborative environment.
