We are seeking an accomplished and visionaryChief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization through its next phase of strategic growth and market expansion. This role is ideal for a high-impact business leader who combines strong commercial acumen with technological expertise and has a proven ability to scale investor-backed businesses. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader, an exceptional people manager, and a process-driven executive capable of transforming organizations into high-performing, customer-centric businesses.
You will be responsible for defining the company's long-term vision, driving sustainable revenue growth, optimizing operations, and building a culture of innovation and accountability. The ideal candidate should have successfully led revenue-generating organizations, managed full P&L ownership, and sold enterprise solutions to large organizations, particularly targeting HR leaders, CHROs, CXOs, and CEOs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's overall business strategy, vision, and long-term growth roadmap.
- Own completeP&L Management, ensuring sustainable profitability, operational efficiency, and financial discipline.
- Drive aggressive revenue growth by expanding enterprise customer acquisition and strategic partnerships.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional leadership teams across Sales, Product, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Build scalable organizational processes, governance frameworks, and performance metrics that enable rapid business growth.
- Partner closely with investors and the Board to communicate company performance, strategic priorities, and future growth initiatives.
- Champion organizational transformation by fostering innovation, operational excellence, and execution discipline.
- Establish a high-performance culture centered on accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage technology and data-driven decision-making to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Represent the organization at industry events, customer meetings, investor discussions, and strategic forums.
- Identify new market opportunities, develop expansion strategies, and strengthen the company's competitive positioning.
- Ensure effective risk management, compliance, and corporate governance across all business functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15–22 years of progressive leadership experience with significant executive-level responsibility.
- Proven success in leading high-growth, investor-backed organizations or rapidly scaling businesses.
- Strong expertise inP&L Management with demonstrated ownership of business performance and profitability.
- Experience serving as aRevenue Head or leading enterprise revenue functions with measurable business impact.
- Strong track record of selling complex B2B solutions to large enterprises, with HR Heads, CHROs, CEOs, or senior business leaders as primary stakeholders.
- Technologically adept with the ability to leverage digital platforms, analytics, AI, and automation to accelerate business growth.
- Outstanding people leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing executive teams.
- Highly process-oriented with a proven ability to establish scalable systems, governance, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to transform organizations, drive change management, and execute strategic initiatives successfully.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong hustle mentality, resilience, adaptability, and willingness to lead from the front.
- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working closely with investors, board members, and senior leadership teams in high-growth environments.
