Life at Keen
While we partner with some of the leading tech companies, our own culture remains central to everything we do. We are a close-knit team who value learning, collaboration and genuine human connection. Our headquarters are located at the heart of the Jordaan, just a scenic walk from Amsterdam Centraal. On weekly office days we start the morning with coffee and croissants before catching up with colleagues across projects and enjoying lunch together. With Amsterdamās canals right at our doorstep, there is always opportunity for a nice stroll. These moments create space to exchange ideas, share strategies, celebrate successes and strengthen the relationships that make our team unique.
The KeenAcademy
One of our core values is āKeen to learnā, and the KeenAcademy is how we put it into practice. Based on feedback and learning needs, we design a tailor-made program with monthly sessions featuring insights of industry leaders exclusively for Keenies. Additionally, we promote peer-to-peer learning by organizing internal workshops and giving up the stage to our Talent Partners and their topic of choice, and offer 1-on-1 coaching for personal and professional development.
What you bring to the team:
At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably at renowned companies
You bring expertise in leveraging data and market insights to shape hiring strategies, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and optimize recruitment performance
Proven success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring for various roles spanning business, creative, and solution-oriented domains
Tech savviness and knowledge of recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS)
Excellent communication and active listening skills, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Joy in collaborating with recruitment teams, presenting data to hiring managers and full of ideas about improving hiring processes
Recognizing the synergy between employer branding and recruiting, and embracing your role as brand ambassador
