What will you do?

As a Medior Talent Partner, you’ll embed directly into the in-house TA team of one of our fast-growing partners, to help them reach their hiring milestones using a data-driven and agile approach. You will achieve this by fully immersing yourself into our partner’s culture, providing advice on recruitment strategies, and delivering high-quality results across all recruitment functions.

What you will work on

• Executing a recruitment strategy that aligns with the specific hiring needs

• Communicating with hiring managers to define desirable skills for the assigned roles

• Using creative, effective sourcing techniques, especially for niche roles

• Managing job posts, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, negotiating, and assisting in the selection and offer stages

• Using metrics to analyse pipeline efficiency

• Identifying hiring process inefficiencies and proposing solutions

What you bring to the team:

• At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

• You’re proficient in sourcing, attracting, and hiring for various roles spanning business, creative, and solution-oriented domains

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in using ATS systems and other recruitment tools
