The Opportunity

We are seeking aManaging Director who is both aproducer and a builder—someone with a strong track record in financial services and proven experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.

This role is designed for leaders who want tobuild their own practice while scaling an organization within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and lead your own team of Financial Professionals
  • Actively recruit, train, and develop new advisors (minimum8 hires per year)
  • Drive performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability
  • Maintain personal production acrosslife insurance and annuity business
  • Deliver holistic financial strategies to clients using a consultative approach
  • Partner with internal specialists and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.)
  • Create a culture of growth, professionalism, and client-first service

What We’re Looking For

  • Provenleadership and recruiting experience in financial services
  • Strongproduction background (life insurance and/or annuities required)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire tobuild and scale a business
  • Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent
  • High level of professionalism, drive, and accountability
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Role Expectations

This is a leadership-focused position intended for individuals committed tobuilding and managing a team.

  • Recruit a minimum of8 new Financial Professionals annually
  • Maintain consistentpersonal production to remain in good standing
  • Actively mentor and grow your team’s performance and retention
