As an HR Manager, you act as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team, overseeing a population of 200 to 300 employees. You ensure consistent application of company policies and drive HR performance across your scope.

Main responsibilities:

  • You areresponsible for delivering a high-quality employee experiencethroughout the entire lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—by leading the Talent Management process and continuously improving its effectiveness.
  • Youprovide expert guidance to Career Development Managers (CDMs) on policy implementation, best management practices, employee behavior, performance management, and career development.
  • You proactivelydesign and implement HR initiatives that fosterteam engagementand enhance the work environment, with a particularfocus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, in alignment with the company’s CSR commitments.
  • You develop adeep understanding of your scope by maintaining close proximity to teams, conducting HR interviewsto assess engagement levels, strengthen work relationships, boost productivity, and support retention.
  • Youidentify and address potential issues—including flight risks and psychosocial risks—either independently or by mobilizing relevant stakeholders, always proposing solutions aligned with operational priorities.
  • Youmonitor HR KPIs and trends to track progress on action plans, define pragmatic corrective measures when needed, and provide clear visibility into the HR landscape of your scope.
  • You regularly assess and enhance HR processes, systems, and capabilities toensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Between7 and 10 years of experience in HR developpment activities. Ideally coming from a consulting background.
  • Being anambassador of the Positive Way (#Energetic #Responsible #Together) to contribute to spreading Wavestone’s values within their scope and serve as a role model (>>Positiveway book)
  • Ability tocommunicate effectively and confidently with all types of stakeholders, both orally and in writing (with clarity and simplicity)
  • Rapidly establishing trustful relationships with any type of interlocutor
  • Ability tounderstand and to be connected to consulting stakes & teams
  • Agility and flexibility in organization (time and priority management)
  • Capable ofmanaging change within the organization.
  • Analytical and results-driven rather than process-oriented
  • Demonstratingself-control and resilience
  • Fluent in French and abilility towork in English
