  • Enable consistent, high-quality hiring practices
Support and reinforce recruiting standards, including structured interviewing, candidate management, and selection practices. Ensure recruiters have clear tools, frameworks, and guidance to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

  • Support evolving capabilities (AI, assessments & candidate integrity)
Help operationalize AI-enabled recruiting tools, support the evolution of assessment approaches, and practices that promote fairness, quality, and candidate integrity, including fraud mitigation. Monitor emerging risks and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Deliver insights and improve performance
Produce and analyze TA reporting across operational performance, pipeline health, service delivery, and technology usage. Oversee hiring manager, candidate, and onboarding surveys, ensuring feedback is captured, analyzed, and translated into actionable improvements.

  • Support enablement and key TA programs
Contribute to recruiter onboarding, training, and ongoing upskilling efforts, including programs such as recruiter bootcamps. Support key initiatives such as the employee referral program and Flex Teams management to strengthen overall TA delivery.

  • Coordinate agency and vendor governance
Support agency and vendor processes, including contracts, usage standards, and compliance. Partner with Procurement and Legal to ensure alignment with policy and monitor partner performance as part of the overall TA operating model.
