OurSeattle, WA location is seeking anInvestment Banking Analyst.Theanticipated start date for this role is:July 2027.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Mergers & Acquisitions: Researches and prepares complex financial models and M&A process 

documents; conducts detailed and rigorous analysis through trading & transactioncomparable andother modeling. Creates draft teaser & M&A offering documentsutilizing the complex financial models; prepares pitch books & client marketing presentations using independent judgment to tailor; attends client meetings as needed. 

• Buyer identification: Assists in the identification of buyers for sell-side clients through in-depth 

research and analysis. Tracks detailed information related tothose buyers as well as other M&A/dealrelated information.Assists with the due diligence process to include but not limited to client site visits to gather data and identification and correction of areas of due diligence vulnerability.Responsible for project vetting and client acceptance as well as development and maintenance of the buyer and sell-side client database. 

• Transactional support: Supports team as needed with aspects of the transaction process, includingbut not limited to industry research, company due diligence process, and detailedresearch as needed. 

• Conducts multifaceted analyses that help inform terms and structure oftransaction. 

• Logistics Coordination: Tracks information on buyers; create complex excel based and other technicalprogram financial modeling, coordinate schedules with external and internal participants along withlogistics for investment banking related events. 

• Internal Client Support: Provides project management support as needed to Investment Banking 

team. Serves as point person forvarioustopics as assigned. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degreerequired – DegreeinFinance, Economics, Business Management,Accountingstrongly preferred. 

• Certifications / Licenses -Series 63 within 6 months of hire.  

• General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data. 

• Willingness to learnnew technologies. 

• Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products. 

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites.

The compensation range for this position in Washington is: $73,500 - $131,000
