Your programme 

Integrated Operations Solutions (IOS) are currently responsible for the efficient delivery of a £388M programme of workover the 5-yearfinancial period to 2030. Our projects include process safety reviews, increasing storm water storage, the screening ofwastewater before discharging into the environment, refurbishment of water towers and the monitoring of water quality.    

As a Graduate, you will help deliverenhancement andmaintenance projects. We are seeking graduate engineers and designers who are interested inthedesign and delivery of engineering projects to repair,upgrade or install new assets on Anglian Water’s clean andwastewater systems.Working alongsidea team of Project Engineers and Project Delivery Managers, you will helpto assessand resolvebusiness risks (problems or improvements),thedevelopment ofengineeringsolutions and the managementand commissioningof projectsdelivered by our Partners via New Engineering Contracts(NEC).You will gain exposure to project governance systems andprojectdelivery managementthroughout the life cycle of a project –including project evaluation, initial and detailed design, construction assurance, assets commissioning and financial management.    

You will have achieved, or be working towards, an Engineering degree in any discipline, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or a related engineering field.We are seekingcandidates who want to work in a dynamic, inclusive environment and one which builds on the knowledge and experience gained during your under-graduate studies.

For this role,you’ll need to have obtained in the last 3 years or be studying towards a minimum 2:2in the preferred degree disciplines listedand have graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
