RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ā
Ā· Responsible for leading Space and Airborne Systems supply chain program management in partnership with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations to drive execution, alignment with commodity strategies, supply base optimization, and lowest total acquisition cost on a key Program.
Ā· Able to use hands-on, cross-functional approaches to identify pain points and drive improvements. Must have the passion, business acumen and experience to drive best-in-class supply chain processes and eļ¬ciencies.
Ā· Work with the assigned functional and program leaders to track and coordinate all program deliverables, highlighting key program risks and putting plans in place to mitigate those risks, providing regular reports/updates on program status, including identiļ¬cation and mitigation of long-term supply chain risks.
Ā· Manage the ļ¬ow of critical milestones and project requirements including analysis of supplier capacity and capability. Will ensure supplier ability to supply parts with on-going adjustment of material ļ¬ow for adequate line ļ¬ll and inventory optimization.
Ā· Provide technical support for DFx (design for all desirable manufacturability, assembly, test attributes) including reviewing engineering changes and assessment of materials/supply chain impact.
Ā· Active engagement in process improvements to continually increase eļ¬ciency and eļ¬ectiveness of product development and supply chain processes.
Ā· Manage supplier relationships and supplier performance to achieve program and customer requirements.
Ā· Interacts with suppliers to ensure appropriate support and execution of deliverables as well as participate in managing supplier relationships and performance.
Ā· Interface and inļ¬uence a diverse team comprised of the company's engineering and supply chain, and supplier teammates.
Ā· Interface with program managers of various stakeholder programs.
Ā· Develop, drive, and track supply chain management metrics customized to space programs.
Ā· Responsible for high-level relationship management, evolve as recognized thought leader/trusted partner Fully understand customer mission gaps, constraints, and objectives.
Ā· Eļ¬ectively communicate the company's value proposition from a technical and programmatic perspective Drive long-term business strategy.
Ā· Demonstrate high ethical standards and regard for the company's Code of Conduct
Ā· Requires mastery level knowledge within a speciļ¬c technical area or multiple job areas.
Ā· Viewed as an expert and/or resource within the ļ¬eld by peers in and outside the organization.
Ā· Bachelorās Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.

Ā
Ā· Secret clearance preferred but not required.
Ā· Experience in the following contract types: FFP, FPIF, T&M, Labor Hour, Cost Reimbursement (w/ļ¬xed-fee, incentive fee or award fee).
Ā· Experience as Cost Account Manager for Subcontracts managing budgets and sales forecasting Proļ¬cient in Microsoft Suite of Products.
Ā· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ā· Ability to periodically travel to supplier facilities (mainly domestic locations)
