In the role, you will be responsible for resolving complex customer inquiries by effectively partnering with the *** dealer network, field team and other corporate resources. Additionally, you will act as an informal mentor and leader to others in the VW Customer CARE Center. You will be empowered to take actions that leave a customer with the very best impression of the Brand. Delivering exceptional customer experiences is the priority
Qualification and Experience - 3+ years
- Making customer your priority

- Working with customers in an elevated customer service role
- Managing and prioritizing a high workload
- Exposure to working in a fast paced business environment
- Successful completion of 60-day training plan
- Must be able to work various shifts from 8am-9pm EST Monday - Friday

Position is full-time- May be scheduled to assist with the inbound queue, on rotation
