The Marketing Events Manager will support the execution of Vusion’s U.S./CAN/LATAM event portfolio, including trade shows, industry conferences, customer events, and partner activations. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a growth mindset, who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing logistics, coordinating vendors, and ensuring flawless execution.Â
This is primarily an execution-focused role with growing strategic exposure.Â
- Event Planning & ExecutionÂ
- Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and regional events in the U.S.Â
- Manage event logistics including vendor coordination, shipping, registration, booth materials, and on-site support.Â
- Coordinate promotional materials and event assets with the marketing team.Â
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all event touchpoints.Â
- Cross-Functional CoordinationÂ
- Collaborate with Sales to support lead-capture and post-event follow-up processes.Â
- Work with Product Marketing and Communications to align messaging and materials.Â
- Support speaking engagements and customer participation when applicable.Â
- Budget & Vendor SupportÂ
- Create New Supplier Profiles and PO Numbers for Marketing Expenses in enterprise system.Â
- Track event expenses and support budget management.Â
- Assist in negotiating vendor contracts and ensuring cost efficiency.Â
- Maintain event calendars and documentation.Â
- Performance & ReportingÂ
- Track event KPIs including lead volume and engagement metrics.Â
- Compile post-event reports and share performance insights with stakeholders.Â
- Support CRM lead uploads and data accuracy.Â
Qualification we’re looking for:
- Experience:
- 3+years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in events or field marketing.Â
- Experience supporting trade shows or corporate events.Â
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.Â
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.Â
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.Â
- Abilities:
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.Â
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 20–30%).Â
