Mission
Coordinate end-to-end Operations Performance management across all operational areas, ensuring that data-driven insights are translated into concrete actions to improve efficiency, cost performance and operational robustness.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day performance management activities across Operations

• Track priorities, actions and outcomes, ensuring execution and follow-up

• Translate data and insights into actionable improvement initiatives

• Connect planning decisions with operational outcomes and performance impact

• Support cross-functional alignment across Operations, Finance and Network

• Ensure consistent KPIs, data quality and clear performance reporting

• Support adoption of analytical tools and dashboards

• Identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Contribute to transformation programs and operational excellence projects

Academic background

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Supply Chain or similar

Experience

• +5 years in operations, analytics, consulting or complex environments

• Experience connecting data insights with real business decisions

• Exposure to cross-functional coordination and fast-paced environments

• Experience in aviation, operations or planning environments is a plus
