VP – Target Process Application Engineer - Apptio/IBM

Required Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience inapplication engineering / software development
• Strong experience with:
  • Apptio / IBM TargetProcess (highly preferred or similar agile planning tools)
  • Application architecture and integration
  • Agile / SAFe environments
• Proven ability towork cross-functionally with business and technical teams
• Strongproblem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, or related)

Nice to Have

• Prior experience infinancial services or large enterprise environments
• Exposure toAI/automation initiatives within enterprise platforms
• Experience supportingenterprise transformation programs

• Target profiles:
  • TargetProcess Engineers / Architects
  • Agile tooling engineers (Jira Align, Rally, etc. as adjacent experience)
  • Platform engineers supporting enterprise planning tools
• Must be comfortable in ahands-on + stakeholder-facing VP-level role
• Emphasis onconfiguration + integration, not just admin-level experience
