As our operations continue to scale globally, we are expanding our Finance team and are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support global accounting operations, invoice validation, reconciliations, reporting, and multi-client financial workflows.Â
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across departments, and supporting international financial operations with accuracy and ownership.Â
What You’ll Be DoingÂ
Financial Operations & ReportingÂ
- Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations across multiple client accountsÂ
- Prepare reconciliations, financial reports, and supporting schedulesÂ
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial trackingÂ
- Maintain accurate records and financial documentationÂ
Invoice & Payment ValidationÂ
- Review and validate invoices across multiple global clients and projectsÂ
- Verify billing details, payment terms, approvals, and supporting documentationÂ
- Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for resolutionÂ
- Monitor invoice status, payment cycles, and aging reportsÂ
Cross-Functional Collaboration & CommunicationÂ
- Partner closely with Payroll, HR, Business Operations, Project Management, and Global Delivery teams regarding financial operations and reportingÂ
- Prepare to communicate with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments regarding invoice status, discrepancies, reporting updates, and operational finance mattersÂ
- Support internal follow-ups and coordination efforts across departments to ensure operational and financial alignmentÂ
- Maintain strong professional communication while working in a fast-paced global environmentÂ
Reconciliations & AnalysisÂ
- Perform bank and transaction reconciliationsÂ
- Review financial discrepancies and support correction effortsÂ
- Assist with operational finance analysis and reporting requestsÂ
- Support audit preparation and documentation gatheringÂ
Global Client ExposureÂ
- Work alongside teams supporting US and international operationsÂ
- Utilize platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, IRIS, or similar accounting systemsÂ
- Support finance-related operational projects and process improvementsÂ
PreferredÂ
- Experience supporting international or global clientsÂ
- UK or US accounting exposureÂ
- Experience with cloud accounting systemsÂ
- Audit, reconciliation, or operational finance experienceÂ

CompensationÂ
PKR 150,000 – 200,000/monthÂ
(Based on experience and overall alignment with the role.)Â
- ACCA / CA / ACA / CMA qualified or partially-qualifiedÂ
- 3–5 years of accounting, finance operations, or bookkeeping experienceÂ
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet management skillsÂ
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesÂ
- Strong written and verbal English communication skillsÂ
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlinesÂ
