HCM Implementation Consultant

As our SageHCMpractice continues to grow, Vision33 islooking for anImplementation Consultant to join our Canadian team. In this fully remote role, you will support Sage HCMdeployments for customers acrossCanada, helping organizations improve their HR, payroll, onboarding, performance management, and employee data processes. 

In this position, you will: 

• Provide the consulting, training, and supportrequired to successfully implement Sage’s cloud-native HCM solutionfor small and medium-sized businesses. 

• Work closely with HR andoperations leaders during discovery andrequirements analysis todevelop a clear,actionable understanding ofeach client’s HR,payroll, onboarding,performance management,andrelated processes. 

• Assist customers with preparing, migrating,validating, and auditing confidential employee data. 

• Configure and customizeSage HCMmodules and workflows based on customer requirements and implementation goals. 

• Collaborate with internalspecialists and customer stakeholder groups todeliver smooth,timely, and budget-friendly implementations thatmeet customerobjectives. 
  
  

What we are looking for: 

• 3+ years of experience in HCM implementation would be ideal; however, we are open tocandidates with related experiencewho haveled
  previous HCM deployments. 

• Experience working with core HR andpayroll systems as a systemimplementer, consultant, administrator, or power
  user. 

• Post-secondary education in a related fieldsuch as human resources, business administration, or technology would be considered an asset. 

• Aconsultant's
  mindset, including strong attention to detail,apassion for efficient and automated processes, andastrong sense of customer empathy. 

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present comfortably, ask effectivequestions, andwork with customers in atransparent and accountableway. 

• Bilingual communication skills in English and French would be considered a strong asset.
