The Commercial AI Administrator is a mission-critical contributor to Vida's full sales cycle. You will support Sales, Sales Operations, Proposals, and Marketing by managing and optimizing a commercial content ecosystem designed for both human and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Claude, Gemini). The ideal candidate thinks in systems, collaborates effectively across functions such as Finance, Product, and Analytics, and has a demonstrated ability to organize large sets of qualitative and quantitative information in support of benchmarking and proposal development.
Responsibilities :
- Own and maintain the commercial content repository — including qualitative and quantitative information — to ensure accurate, reliable sourcing across AI and productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Slack).
- Partner with the Proposal team to keep the proposal library, third-party databases, and internal Sales & Marketing resources current and optimized for use in RFP and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Gemini, Claude).
- Translate SME input into polished, structured content ready for use across commercial and AI-enabled workflows.
- Serve as an internal resource on AI-optimized content design, helping teams create materials that can be accurately interpreted and extracted by AI tools.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or commercial related role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of organization and accuracy.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate clearly across stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency with Google Suite; comfortable working in a Mac environment.
- Comfortable working with and optimizing AI-assisted tools; prior experience with Claude and Gemini preferred.
Preferred:
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change; startup or early-stage company experience a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and levels.
- Familiarity with the tools, cadence, and priorities of a Commercial, Growth, or Sales organization.
