Procurement Assistant

At VICTUS Networks, we operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment, delivering high-quality technology solutions. We are looking for a motivated Procurement Assistant to support our procurement team in daily operations.

Job Description

In this role, you will support the procurement function by handling day-to-day purchasing activities, focusing on creating Purchase Orders (POs), tracking contracts, and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor and follow up on contracts, deliveries, and supplier commitments
• Maintain procurement data and ensure records are accurate and up to date
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery timelines, and documentation
• Support RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes and basic supplier evaluations
• Prepare simple reports (order status, open POs)
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve procurement issues
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Support resolution of order or contract discrepancies

Qualifications & Skills

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Basic understanding of procurement processes
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams such as finance, operations, or engineering
• Fluent in Greek
• Eligible to work in Greece

Nice to Have

• Experience or internship in procurement or supply chain
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
