Vicimus is looking for an accomplished enterprise sales executive to build and grow strategic relationships with the largest automotive dealer groups across North America.
AsVice President of Enterprise Sales, you will lead our enterprise growth strategy, securing multi-rooftop and enterprise partnerships while working directly with executive leadership to shape the future of our organization.
TheVice President of Enterprise Sales is expected to develop executive-level relationships with Dealer Principals, CEOs, Presidents, COOs, CIOs, Chief Marketing Officers, and Executive Vice Presidents. They will lead complex, consultative sales cycles, negotiate enterprise agreements, and partner closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure long-term customer success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Account Strategy
- Develop and execute Vicimus' enterprise sales strategy.
- Build and maintain a strategic target list of major dealer groups.
- Prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential and strategic value.
- Develop multi-year account plans for top enterprise customers.
- Identify expansion opportunities across existing accounts.
New Enterprise Business Development
Own the full sales cycle for enterprise opportunities:
- Prospect and engage executive decision-makers.
- Conduct executive discovery meetings.
- Develop customized business cases.
- Coordinate product demonstrations.
- Build executive presentations.
- Lead contract negotiations.
- Close enterprise software and consulting agreements.
Executive Relationship Management
Develop trusted advisor relationships with:
- Dealer Principals

Become the executive face of Vicimus for strategic dealer groups.
Consultative Selling

Revenue Growth
Responsible for:
- Enterprise ARR growth
- New logo acquisition

- Increasing enterprise account profitability
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with:

Ensure enterprise customers receive an exceptional experience from sales through implementation and long-term account management.

- Help shape Vicimus' enterprise sales methodology.

The Vice President of Enterprise Sales will be measured on:
- Annual Enterprise ARR booked
- Total enterprise pipeline
- New dealer groups acquired
- Number of rooftops sold
- Average contract value (ACV)
- Multi-year contract percentage

- Expansion revenue from existing customers

Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years of enterprise software or automotive technology sales experience.
- Proven success selling to large dealer groups.
- Existing executive relationships within the automotive retail industry.
- Demonstrated success closing complex seven-figure enterprise agreements.
- Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles.
- Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
- High level of commercial and financial acumen.
Preferred
- Experience selling automotive SaaS solutions.
- Deep understanding of dealership operations.
- Knowledge of CRM, DMS, BDC, marketing, and customer engagement platforms.
- Experience working with public automotive retailers and large private dealer groups.
- MBA or equivalent executive business experience.

- Approximately40–60% travel throughout North America.
- Regular visits to dealer group headquarters, regional offices, industry conferences, and customer locations.
What Your First 90 Days Will Look Like:
First 30 Days
- Complete onboarding on Vicimus products, services, and value proposition.
- Meet executive leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders.
- Review current enterprise accounts and sales pipeline.
- Develop a target list of the top 100 dealer groups in North America.
Days 31–60
- Initiate executive outreach to top target accounts.
- Conduct discovery meetings with key prospects.
- Build strategic account plans for priority dealer groups.
- Establish quarterly pipeline and revenue forecasts.
Days 61–90
- Advance multiple enterprise opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Present executive business cases to dealer group leadership.
- Secure initial enterprise agreements or pilot programs.
- Deliver a comprehensive enterprise growth strategy to the executive team.
