VesselBot is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team and help introduce large enterprises to our logistics data and intelligence solutions. We are looking for someone with experience in B2B outbound sales, in a SaaS environment, and a good understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and building a strong pipeline of potential customers.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Conduct research and identify potential prospects in the BCO market segment through various channelsÂ
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in our products and services
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assessing their needs
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales teamÂ
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve lead generation efforts
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancementsÂ
- Previous experience in Logistics Saas sales is a prerequisiteÂ
- Experience in B2B outbound sales and managing large ACV contractsÂ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Experience with Outbound Cold callingÂ
- Ability to cope with pressure and handle rejectionsÂ
- Strong organizational and time management abilitiesÂ
- Ability to constantly change outreach style and methods and identify optimal ways to execute outreach initiativesÂ
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamÂ
- Familiarity with CRM softwareÂ
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and quotasÂ
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex products and servicesÂ
- Positive attitude and a desire to succeedÂ
