We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead our Finance ERP transformation, including the evaluation and execution of future-state financial systems. This role requires strong expertise in finance and business processes, with the ability to translate complex operational needs into scalable technology solutions.Â

In this role, you will work across a PMO supporting both technical (engineering) and functional (product) teams, partnering closely with key partners across Finance, and broader back-office functions including HR, Payroll, Procurement, Legal and Privacy, as well as Executive Leadership, and external vendors to drive successful delivery of complex initiatives.Â

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and executed with a high degree of accountability and transparency.Â

This role requires a high degree of ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.Â
Lead ERP Transformation DeliveryÂ
Lead end-to-end finance systems transformation initiatives, including assessment, planning, and executionÂ
Support evaluation and selection of future-state ERP and financial systemsÂ
Partner with Finance stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needsÂ
Define and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependenciesÂ
Break down large initiatives into manageable phases to support steady deliveryÂ
Drive Execution Across the LifecycleÂ
Manage delivery of ERP initiatives including data migration, testing, and cutoverÂ
Plan and execute cutover activities, including readiness tracking, coordination, and risk mitigationÂ
Support post-go-live stabilization by tracking issues, prioritizing resolution, and ensuring focus on the highest-impact itemsÂ
Monitor risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive resolution across internal teams and external partnersÂ
Maintain clear documentation and tracking across project management and collaboration toolsÂ
Partner Across Technical and Business TeamsÂ
Work across engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and progressÂ
Translate product requirements into actionable delivery plansÂ
Communicate trade-offs, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholdersÂ
Build strong working relationships to support collaboration and executionÂ
Manage Vendors and ResourcesÂ
Coordinate with system integrators, vendors, and contract resourcesÂ
Track budgets, resource allocation, and vendor deliverablesÂ
Ensure accountability across internal teams and external partners for timely and high-quality deliveryÂ
Improve Delivery Through Tools and AIÂ
Leverage AI tools to improve planning, reporting, and overall delivery efficiencyÂ
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual overheadÂ
Support adoption of tools and practices that improve visibility and executionÂ
5+ years of experience in technical project or program managementÂ
Expert knowledge of Finance systems and business processes (GL, AP/AR, FP&A), with the ability to map and optimize end-to-end workflows across finance and adjacent operational domainsÂ
Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformations (SAP and Workday preferred)Â
Experience partnering with or supporting back-office functions such as HR, Payroll, Procurement, Legal, or Privacy in system or process transformation initiativesÂ
Demonstrated ability to drive workflow optimization across Jira by designing automated processes, integrating tools, and continuously improving systems to support scalable deliveryÂ
Experience supporting cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live activitiesÂ
Experience working across both technical and functional teamsÂ
Experience managing vendors and system integrators (SI)Â
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsÂ
Proficiency in using and integrating tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, LucidChart, Slack, ZoomÂ
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentÂ

Location: New York City, NY or Englewood Cliffs, NJ - (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Â
