We're looking for a strategic and data-driven ProductĀ AnalyticsĀ ManagerĀ toĀ advanceĀ ourĀ streamingĀ andĀ ticketing platforms, driving audience growth and revenue. This role will lead analytics initiatives that enhance content discovery, improveĀ conversion, andĀ optimizeĀ the end-to-end streaming and ticketing experience.

You'll partner closely with Product, Content, Marketing, and Engineering teams to translate data into insights thatĀ inform product decisions, improve customerĀ experiences, and accelerateĀ growth &Ā monetization.Ā 

Key ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Define and track product KPIs across the user lifecycle, including feature adoption, conversion and engagementĀ 
  • Analyze cross-platform user behavior (web, mobile, CTV) to identify opportunities to improve discovery and conversionĀ Ā 
  • Partner with Product to evaluate feature performance and prioritize enhancementsĀ Ā 
  • Identify friction points in user journeys and recommend solutions to improve conversion and revenueĀ Ā 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support and execute conversion-focused initiativesĀ Ā 
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize product experiences and improve purchase completionĀ Ā 
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor product performance and funnel metricsĀ Ā 
  • Leverage Adobe Analytics and large-scale behavioral datasets (via SQL) to generate actionable insights on user engagement, content performance, and conversionĀ 
  • Partner with Data Engineering and Data Implementation teams to improve tracking, data quality, and analytics reliabilityĀ Ā 
  • Present insights and recommendations to inform product strategyĀ 
  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably within media, entertainment,Ā streamingĀ orĀ digital commerceĀ 
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe AnalyticsĀ (required)Ā Ā 
  • AdvancedĀ proficiencyĀ in SQL for large-scale data analysis (required)Ā Ā 
  • ExperienceĀ withĀ cloud data platforms (e.g.Ā Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift)Ā Ā 
  • Experience analyzing user engagement, content performance, andĀ conversion funnels withinĀ subscriptionĀ or transactionalĀ business modelsĀ Ā 
  • Proven experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworksĀ Ā 
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)Ā Ā 
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Additional Information

Hybrid:This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Subject to change based on business need. This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.

Ā Salary range:Ā $110,000 - $130,000 (bonus-eligible)
