Position OverviewÂ
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Enterprise Account Executive to help grow our presence across the UK and EMEA market. This role is ideal for an experienced enterprise software sales professional who thrives in developing strategic partnerships, managing customer relationships, working in support of partners sales teams, and identifying new business opportunities within the SAP ecosystem. Â

As a key member of our Sales team, you will serve as our local market representative in the UK and Ireland, building strong relationships with customers, partners, SAP-focused consultancies, and technology vendors. You will be responsible for generating and managing sales opportunities from initial engagement through to successful close, while also supporting long-term customer growth and retention. Â
Â
This role combines elements of Enterprise Sales, Channel Management, Business Development and Customer Success.Â
Â
What You’ll Do: Â
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies across the UK &Â European marketÂ
- Identify, qualify and manage enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through contract executionÂ
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders within customer organizationsÂ
- Develop a strong understanding of customer business challenges and position solutions that deliver measurable valueÂ
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and reporting through Salesforce CRMÂ
- Build and strengthen relationships with strategic partners, including SAP, system integrators, software vendorsÂ
- Develop go-to-market initiatives with partners to generate new business opportunitiesÂ
- Support partner enablement and ongoing relationship managementÂ
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned partnersÂ
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, identifying expansion, cross-sell and up-sell opportunitiesÂ
- Represent VersaFile at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings (some travel will be required)Â
- Build market awareness and establish a strong local presenceÂ
Â
What Skills You’ll Have:Â
- 5-years of enterprise software sales, business development, channel sales, or partner management experienceÂ
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizationsÂ
- Demonstrated success developing strategic customer and partner relationshipsÂ
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or similarÂ
- Strong relationship-building skillsÂ
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environmentÂ
- Experience working within the SAP ecosystem or complementary enterprise solutionsÂ
- Exposure to ERP, document management or content management technologiesÂ
