We’re hiring: Sales Operations Analyst (Salesforce & Analytics) – London SW1W 0SR (Hybrid - 3 in 2 work from home)
Salary - ÂŁ35,000 to ÂŁ40,000

The RoleÂ
With Salesforce newly implemented across the organisation, this is a rare opportunity to shape the platform from day one and influence how a large commercial team adopts it. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business to drive data-led decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and increase accuracy across sales processes.Â
This is a high‑visibility role where your analysis and recommendations will directly shape sales performance and wider operational decision making.Â

What you’ll be doingÂ
Coordinate and support the ongoing optimisation and governance of the Salesforce platformÂ
Partner with cross-functional teams to gain feedback on operation inefficiencies to assist in developing solutions to how we operate.Â
Â
Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and data outputs to deliver clear, actionable insights Â
Analyse the activity and work efficiency of our sales department for stakeholders of all levels including Senior ManagementÂ
Partner with Organisational Leaders to assist in the adoption and training of the Stakeholder Departments (primarily in the Sales Department)Â
Collaborate cross functionally and with international Verisure teams in the continuous development of Salesforce.Â
Lead testing and quality assurance for the development of new solutions/features to ensure they meet requirements and expectationsÂ

What we’re looking forÂ
2+ years’ experience in a Business or Data Analyst, Sales Operations or a Salesforce Administrative related rolesÂ
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial awarenessÂ
Experience working with CRM or sales dataÂ
Â
Strong Excel skills: experience with SQL, Power BI, or Salesforce reporting is a plusÂ
Confident communicator – able to explain to non-technical audiencesÂ
Highly organised, proactive, and detail focusedÂ
Comfortable working cross functionally and influencing stakeholdersÂ
(DBS check required – covered by us)Â
