Are you an enterprise sales leader with a proven track record of closing complex deals and driving growth within Financial Institutions? As anAccount Executive IV, you will play a pivotal role in expanding strategic partnerships with banks and credit unions while acquiring new enterprise clients in a highly consultative, data-driven environment.
This is more than a sales role; it’s an opportunity to partner with executive leadership, shape growth strategies, and deliver integrated marketing, data, and digital solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
You will operate as a strategic advisor and revenue driver across a portfolio of enterprise Financial Institution clients:
- Own and exceed enterprise-level revenue targets through a balanced focus onaccount growth, retention, and net-new business
- Manage and expand a portfolio ofbanks and credit unions, identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and long-term value creation
- Leadexecutive-level engagements with C-suite stakeholders, delivering strategic recommendations tied to business performance and growth goals
- Driveconsultative sales cycles from discovery through solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and close
- Leveragedata, analytics, and market insights to position integrated marketing, media, and digital solutions
- Partner cross-functionally withstrategy, analytics, product, and delivery teams to develop and execute client solutions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline throughtargeted prospecting within the FI sector, focusing on enterprise-level opportunities
- Deliverbusiness reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients to reinforce value and expand partnerships
What You Bring
We’re looking for a confident, strategic seller who knows how to navigate complex deals and deliver value:
- 10+ years of experience inenterprise, quota-carrying sales, with a strong record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Proven success selling intoFinancial Institutions (banks, credit unions)
- Experience sellingdata-driven marketing solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage and growlarge, strategic accounts while driving new business acquisition
- Strong expertise inconsultative selling, solution design, and executive storytelling
- Experience navigatingmulti-threaded sales cycles and influencing senior stakeholders
- Ability to leveragedata and insights to drive business cases and differentiate solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Compensation: This role offers a competitive OTE, with a strong base salary (approximately 60%) and meaningful upside through performance-based commission (approximately 40%).
Salary range:Â $116,000 - $130,000 + Performance-based commission
 Location: This role offers location flexibility; however, candidates must reside near a major airport hub (e.g., Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, or similar metropolitan areas) to support periodic travel as needed.
