Project Engineer - Deliver complex process solutions to global customers

Responsibilities / Tasks

You will become part ofourProject Managementdepartment in Søborg, where we execute customer-specific projects withinprocess industries, including pharmaceutical, dairy,food and utility applications.The team consists of experienced Project Managers and Project Engineers with strong technical backgrounds and solid project experience, collaborating closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues worldwide. This makes clear communication, openness, and mutual respect across cultures a natural part of our everyday work.

Your responsibilities and tasks  

Asour new Project Engineer, youwillsupport the execution of customer projects from engineering potentially through commissioning, working closely with the Project Managers.Youwilltake ownership of defined technical and project-related tasks, ensuring that documentation, components, and deliverables areready for each project phase.

Specifically, you will:

• Develop,maintain, and verify technical documentation such as P&IDs, General Arrangements, andEquipment Lists.

• Support design reviews and contribute to Impact Assessments related to design changes, deviations, or scope adjustments.

• Specify, order, and follow up onprocess equipment, utility systems, valves, and piping componentsin cooperation with Procurement, workshops, and suppliers.

• Prepare andmaintain Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) request lists and support FAT execution.

• Support Contract Variation Orders (CVOs) with technical input and documentation, and coordinate with Packaging & Shipment to ensure equipment is delivered according to project requirements.

• Support pre-commissioningandcommissioning activities, testing, troubleshooting, Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and final acceptance.

You can look forward to collaborating across disciplines, cultures, and locations, as well as interacting with international customers and partners. The role could involvesome travel activity in connection with FATs, inspections, and commissioning.

Your Profile / Qualifications

In this role, it is essential that you take a structured and systematic approach to your work, with strong ownership and attention toquality,safety and documentation. You also know how to collaborate across disciplines and cultures in an international environment and are comfortable working with technical details.

Finally, we imagine that you:

• Hold abachelor’s ormaster’s degree inEngineering, Marine Engineering (Maskinmester), Mechanical Engineering,ProcessEngineering or a similar technical discipline.

• Have an interest in technical project execution within the process-, food-, dairy-, or pharmaceutical industry.

• Are fluent in English.

It is an advantage,but not a requirement,if you have experience with:

• Utility systems such as process utilities, water systems, steam, or HVAC.

• CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) systems and hygienic process design.

• Technical documentation and engineering deliverables.

• FAT, SAT, commissioning, or validation activities.

• GMP-regulatedenvironments.

• Process equipment and automation interfaces.
