WhatYou’ll Do 

As a Line/Grill Cook I, weentrust in you to be a leader in the operation and have a passion for training other associates, as well asdelivering on customer service. In this role, you willbe responsible for the following: 

• Prepare a variety of dishes made from our very own recipes andassist withbakingpastry items as needed. 

• Set up assigned stations andgather necessary supplies/ingredients to prepare menu items for a successful service. 

• Serve menu items following established standards to meet or exceed guest expectations. 

• Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe andaccident-free work environment. 

• Prepare and package items for Grab and Go station. 

What it Takes 

•  High School Diploma or equivalent work experience 

• Ability to obtain the StateFood Handlers Certification 

• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant facility 

• Ability to prepare food from recipes,commensurate with incumbent’s skills level 

• Ability to be Self-motivated 

• Ability to multi-task and able to follow written or verbal instructions 

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights,weekends and Holidays 

This position can be filled as a Line/Grill Cook I or a Line/Grill Cook II based on the experience qualifications of the selected candidate.
