Overview
We are supporting a leading insurance client on a large-scale core systems transformation and are looking to engageexperienced Software Test Analysts with strong exposure toGuidewire or IDIT platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the quality and success of a major transformation programme, working across policy, claims, and billing systems in a modernised insurance landscape.
The role is based in London, with a hybrid working model, with occasional expensed travel to Europe.
The Role
As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and executing high-quality testing across multiple workstreams. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and maintain test cases acrossGuidewire (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter) or IDIT
Performfunctional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
Identify, document, and track defects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Support and contribute totest automation initiatives
Work closely with development and business teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
Required Experience
Minimum3 years’ experience in software testing within theinsurance sector
Strong hands-on experience withGuidewire or IDIT (essential)
Good understanding of insurance processes acrossPolicy, Claims, and Billing
Experience across multiple testing phases (SIT, UAT, E2E)
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desirable
Experience intest automation
Knowledge ofSQL and API testing
ISTQB certification
