We’re looking for acertified ServiceNow Trainer to deliverfreelance training sessions and exam support for learners inAugust, with the potential for anongoing, regular engagement.
About the Role
You’ll be delivering high-quality, engaging training to ServiceNow learners, helping them build both practical capability and exam readiness. This will include a mix of structured delivery and focused support sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led ServiceNow training to early career candidates (likely remote)
Support learners preparing for ServiceNow certification exams
Provide guidance on platform fundamentals, best practices, and real-world application
Adapt delivery style to suit a range of experience levels
Offer feedback and learner support to ensure strong outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Current ServiceNow certification (e.g., CSA, CAD, or relevant specialism)
Proven experience delivering ServiceNow training or workshops
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem
Confident, engaging delivery style with excellent communication skills
Experience supporting learners toward certification success
