Delivery Lead – Global Rebranding Programme (Specialty Insurance)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experiencedDelivery Lead to drive a complex, globalrebranding transformation programme for a leading specialty insurer.

This role will lead the transition from multiple regional brands to asingle, unified global brand acrossUK, MENA, Europe, and LATAM, working across all business functions. The programme is a strategic priority aimed at enhancingbrand consistency, improving broker and client trust, supporting market re-entry, and increasing employee engagement.

You will take ownership of delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, governance excellence, and successful implementation across all regions.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of aglobal rebranding programme across multiple regions and functions
• Develop and manage acomplex, multi-workstream delivery plan, ensuring alignment to global objectives
• Establish and maintain robustprogramme governance, including milestones, dependencies, and reporting cadence
• Own and manageRAID logs, proactively mitigating risks and managing interdependencies
• Deliver clear, conciseexecutive-level reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees
• Engage and influence stakeholders acrossOperations, HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Communications
• Coordinate execution ofbrand rollout, corporate identity changes, and communication strategies
• Oversee implementation across:

  • Digital channels and platforms

  • Broker and client touchpoints

  • Documentation, templates, and policies

  • Systems and operational processes
    • Supportinternal communications and employee engagement initiatives to drive adoption
    • Ensure consistent brand rollout across regions while managing local market requirements


Candidate Profile

• Strong programme leader with experience deliveringlarge-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to managecomplex, global delivery across multiple regions and business units
• Highly structured with excellent attention to detail and delivery discipline
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence atsenior and executive level
• Confident operating in amatrixed, international organisation with competing priorities
• Strong communicator with the gravitas to lead across diverse functional teams
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and resilient in fast-paced environments


Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrable experience leadinglarge-scale transformation or change programmes
• Proven track record managingmulti-workstream programme delivery with strong governance controls
• Experience delivering one or more of the following:

  • Global or regionalrebranding programmes

  • Brand rollouts across multiple markets

  • Corporate identity transformations

  • Large-scaleinternal communications or customer-facing change initiatives
    • Strong expertise in:

  • Programme governance and PMO best practice

  • RAID management and dependency tracking

  • Executive reporting and stakeholder engagement
    • Clear understanding of how rebranding impacts:

  • Internal and external communications

  • Broker and client relationships

  • Digital platforms and customer journeys

  • Systems, processes, and operational artefacts
    • Experience withininsurance or financial services (preferred)
    • Familiarity withbroker-led distribution models (advantageous)
