About the Role

We are looking for aCRM Administrator to support the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of our commercial CRM platform. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for CRM operations, providing functional support to business users while ensuring system stability, data integrity, and high service quality.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administeringVeeva CRM. Candidates with strongSalesforce Administration experience will also be considered, provided they have previous exposure to Veeva CRM or experience supporting CRM environments within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the CRM platform, preferably Veeva CRM.

  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and access requests.

  • Configure and maintain CRM master data, including Products, Territories, Key Messages, Surveys, Medical Samples, and related business objects.

  • Provide day-to-day functional support to business users, troubleshooting system issues and coordinating resolutions with IT when necessary.

  • Execute data maintenance activities, bulk uploads, and routine CRM updates.

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validations, and release deployments.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and support CRM enhancements.

  • Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.

  • Ensure CRM data quality, governance, compliance, and adherence to internal processes.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize CRM processes and user experience.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience administeringSalesforce CRM orVeeva CRM.

  • Experience managing:

    • User Administration

    • Roles & Profiles

    • Permission Sets

    • Data Maintenance

    • Reports & Dashboards

  • Experience providing functional support to business users.

  • Experience working with CRM configurations, system maintenance, and data governance.

  • Experience collaborating with IT teams during system changes, enhancements, or deployments.

  • Advanced English (written and spoken).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience withVeeva CRM.

  • Experience within thePharmaceutical orLife Sciences industry.

  • Experience supporting commercial or field force CRM environments.

  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Knowledge of CRM governance, compliance, and master data management.
