Role Overview
The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will lead enterprise-wide growth initiatives, driving revenue expansion, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. This executive role requires a hands-on leader who can define and execute growth strategies while actively engaging in deal execution and client development.
This isan Individual Contributor (IC) role with no direct reports at this stage, operating as aplayer-coach with full ownership of growth outcomes.
This position can be performedhybrid or remote; however,travel to the listed location is required for client visits and key corporate meetings. Preference will be given to candidates based in or near the location.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’sgrowth strategy, aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
Drivenew business development, focusing on high-value enterprise clients
Own and lead theend-to-end revenue lifecycle, including pipeline generation, deal strategy, negotiation, and closure
Build and maintainexecutive-level relationships with private equity firms and portfolio companies
Identify and developnew markets, strategic partnerships, and service lines to expand revenue streams
Collaborate cross-functionally (technology, finance, HR, operations) to deliver tailored solutions
Establish and trackrevenue targets, KPIs, and forecasting accuracy
Analyzemarket trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform growth initiatives
Act as ahands-on deal maker, directly contributing to pipeline creation and closure
Qualifications
Proven track record indriving growth within professional services, consulting, or technology environments
Strong ability tostructure, negotiate, and close complex enterprise deals
Strategic mindset with execution focus in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Exceptionalstakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Experience working withprivate equity-backed organizations is highly desirable
