Senior ServiceNow Consultant

We're looking for aSenior ServiceNow Consultant to join our team in London, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational efficiency and scalability. This position provides the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional experts, leverage the latest ServiceNow capabilities, and contribute to AI-driven initiatives, helping clients transform their business processes and achieve measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that address enterprise business needs and improve workflows
• Leverage new platform capabilities to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions
• Guide and mentor developers and engineers, fostering continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with partners and clients to define requirements and translate them into actionable solutions and architectures
• Develop products and solutions using ServiceNow modules and contribute to internal intellectual property
• Ensure development, integration, and governance best practices, with a focus on performance and security
• Contribute to design strategies for AI adoption in ServiceNow projects
• Support knowledge management and related internal initiatives

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience delivering complex ServiceNow projects across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices
• Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring and influencing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CAD
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Nice to have

• Experience with emerging ServiceNow modules and AI integrations
• Background in supporting pre-sales or knowledge-sharing activities
